Collects customer complaint data from the field and the service organization to act as an early warning signal to the concerned department and analyzes the data.
Your responsibilities will include
Collects customer complaint data from the field (trade partners, CFA s and end -users) and communicates the results to the plant for immediate action.
Visits customers to better understand the nature of the complaints.
Organizes visit of plant personnel to customers and customer s visits to the plant.
Provide data to In charge quality analysis relating to field quality.
Works Closely with the sales and service organization to schedule customer visits and collect customer complaints data.
Analysis of all field related data- GSIR, TCQ, CMR , visits, customer calling .
Qualification : Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
