Overview
The Senior Executive Digital Marketing plays a critical role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online customer engagement, increase brand visibility, and enhance lead generation for the organization. This position is pivotal in leveraging digital channels to enhance the organization's digital presence and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Utilize web analytics tools to measure and report on digital marketing performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the organization's digital presence.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to enhance digital marketing performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external digital marketing partners and vendors for improved collaboration and results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy, creation, and distribution across multiple platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
