For one in the Seat:
Requirements :
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely Project Execution
- Conduct in-depth training sessions for Client Project stakeholders on using the Product
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Guide client on product features and how to use them
- Drive Client Scale-Ups to reach enterprise level penetration
- Update client about new feature developments and enhancements according to client business requirements
- Monitor client accounts to ensure product adoption and usage
- Demonstrating the product to client pre-execution, if needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
Who we're looking for:
- Engineering graduates with 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude
- Enthusiasm about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude
