Job Purpose:
Primary role is to serve as the liaison between the agency and clients. Responsible for understanding the needs and objectives of clients, ensuring that their expectations are met, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
-Understand the client's brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to execute effective campaigns.
-Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
-Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback.
2. Coordination and collaboration:
-Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
-Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content calendars, pitches, and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the deliverables.
3. Quality Check:
-Quality Check and posting on social media platforms.
4.Timelines and Schedules:
-Assist managers in prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines and schedules.
-Prioritize tasks across various brands ensuring the timely & accurate delivery of client work.
-Promptly responding to emails.
5. Research:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to understand the brand positioning, target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.
- Research on cutting-edge technology to inspire innovative ideas and conceptual breakthroughs
6. Reports
-Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for the purpose of social media and brand analysis report creation
-Assist in creating reports for social media and brand analysis.
-Create & update weekly JSRs.
7. Time Management:
-Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.
8. Vendor Management:
-Invoicing and follow-up on payments.
-Maintain relevant trackers with accurate information
Skill Set:
1. 2-3.5 years of industry experience preferred.
2. Prior experience in Client Servicing and Account Management in a digital agency is a plus.
3. Good understanding of social media platforms, knowledge of media amplification.
4. Excellence in communication, both verbal and written, presentation skills.
