Job Title Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager HR Plant

Job Location: Mira Road Plant
Years of Experience: 3-8 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8.5 hrs for Female)
Salary: 4-8 LPA
Job Purpose:
The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our
organization. Need to check with the Compliance of Labor laws with the industry standards. Also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning
of the organization and Labor Relations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the Blue Collar recruitment.
Coordinate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and build a robust
recruitment pipeline.
Manage on boarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring smooth integration into
the plant operations
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employees.
Employee Relations: Address grievances and ensure timely resolution of employee issues.
Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work
environment.
Manage disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee counseling as
required.
HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, and payroll support.
Maintain accurate HR records.
Labor Laws & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage plant-specific HR policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and
update them as per legal requirements. Performance Management:
Assist in implementing the performance management system.
Facilitate annual performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and action planning for
employee development.
Health, Safety & Welfare: Ensure that all plant employees follow health and safety protocols.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on HR metrics.
Analyze HR data to support decision-making and improve plant productivity.
Qualifications: At least 4-8 years within a manufacturing / Plant experience
Strong knowledge of HR Operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office
applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment.
