Position Title: Senior Executive Application Engineering (Valve Train)

Compensation Range: 8,50,000 - 12,50,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented Senior Executive in Application Engineering specialized in Valve Train to join our team in the automotive manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in valve repair and application engineering, with a strong technical background and the ability to provide expert support to product development and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support in valve train application engineering, assisting in product design, development, and improvement.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and support product applications.
- Product Testing: Coordinate and conduct testing and validation of valve train components to ensure performance and reliability.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and reports, to support product applications and customer inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Analyze technical issues related to valve train applications, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to internal teams and customers on valve train applications, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 8-13 years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on valve train systems within the automotive manufacturing industry.

- Expertise in valve repair, application engineering, and product development.
