Job Objective
Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems, supporting GM(Admin)
Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure correct implementation and follow up of the company administration routines.
- Handling daily administration in coordination with GM(Admin). Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time.
- General purchase of various daily requirements.
- Monitoring the workings of office boys / office assistants and guiding them whenever required.
- Liaison with government agencies , handle procurement, contracts.
- To maintain overall bills processing, office assets, etc. Examination of the bills submitted by different vendors & putting up the cases for approval & ensuring timely payment.
- Supervising and managing office vendors e.g. courier, manpower agency, facility management ,telecom services company etc.for smooth operations of all facilities.
- Travel Booking and arrangements & coordination with travel agency for arranging transportation & hotel accommodation.
- Monitor the inventory, and maintenance of office Stationeries.
- Vendor Management, housekeeping and pantry.
- Vehicle management & vehicle vendor management.
- Prepare reports & documentation for top management.
Skills :
Good interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling administrative activities, including facility management & commercial activities.
Coordination with Government department.
