Sr Executive - Air Ticketing

Role: Servicing and booking flights, hotels, Visa and other travel queries from Corporate clients

2-3 years experience of working in a travel company and handling corporate clients.

Excellent knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo and LCC's

Knowledge of ticketing in both domestic and international sectors

Creation of PNR, fare construction, issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, date change, refunds, upgrades, rerouting

Handle queries on phone and emails and solving customer escalations.

Assist in booking hotels, travel insurance and visa requirements.

Handling web Check-ins and seat allocation.

Fluency in English both spoken and written.
