Job Description

  • Manage paybale accounting operations based on accounting principles.
  • Ensuring timely payment entries as well as Advance Payment Entries.
  • Monthly Rent Payment.
  • Take Follwup for Pending Bills.
  • TDS Related Work ( Monthly TDS Payment TDS Return Data preparation).
  • Reconcilation of 26AS.
  • Review timely completion of Books of Accounts and preparation of various monthly reports.
  • Bank Details updation work Vendor as well as Employee.
  • Bank Details updation work Vendor as well as Employee.
  • Preparation of audit documentations and submit to auditors.
  • Various MIS preparation as and when assign by IS.
