The Senior Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for complex engineering projects. This role involves analyzing project requirements, managing estimation processes, and collaborating with project teams to ensure competitive and precise bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
Project Analysis: Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to determine project scope and requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and validate estimates.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive bids, ensuring all required documentation and cost breakdowns are included.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine estimation processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
