Job function and sub function: Quality Assurance Customer Quality Engineer & New Project Engineer.
Reports to (role): QA Head

Works closely with: Customer, Process Quality & CFT team
Location: Chakan
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring Customer Complaint , Warranty Concerns, Rejection, Delivery, Audit Status, Customer Score Card.
- PPAP with customer & Observation closer with CFT
- internal Scrap analysis & scrap cost Reduction
- Customer Issue Resolving through 4M Methodology,8D, Why-Why Analysis,7QC Tools
- Permanent corrective action verification & its Validation plan of Customer Complaints & Line Complaints
- for IATF Audit 16949, System audit, product audit, process audit ,customer audits
- Design Feasibility as per GD&T. Verification of gauges.
- controlling process through PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, WI, SOP, CTQ List Characteristic etc
- Resolve internal issues and customer PPAP & NC Closer
- Work closely with suppliers Development for VA & VE projects to reduce part cost and enhance quality.
- Interacting closely with customer, manufacturing, SDE, operations & engineering team for finalizing engineering PI changes for betterment of Quality.
- knowledge of Co -ordinate measuring(CMM) for Dimensional Verification.
- Zero IPTV Millstone Plan and its effectiveness
- Maintaining BOS as per KPI
Ideal candidate experience:
B.E .Mechanical 8Min .year experience /DME- 10 years experience
Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):
Good MS office knowledge-Excel & Power point , Good communication Skill, Knowledge Process audit ,product audit ,QMS-IATF knowledge , 7QC Tools , SRM Portal ,PLM.
