Job Description
Key functional responsibilities include:
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS as per ISO 9001 and relevant standards, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Support/Conduct internal and external audits, assist in certification preparations, and ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
Participate in supplier performance evaluations, audits, and help manage and improve supplier quality performance.
Investigate non-conformances, help teams implement corrective actions, and coordinate with teams for timely resolution and monitoring.
Maintain QA documentation, prepare quality reports, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of QA activities.
Collaborate with key internal/external customers to understand and meet their quality expectations. Collect and analyse external customer feedback.
Oversee calibration and maintenance of testing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Certification of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 must and ISO 30414 optional.
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/EXTC/Instrumentation.
Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals
Agile methodology - JIRA Knowledge
Risk Management
Supplier audit and visit
6S
Instruments calibration process knowledge
Customer satisfaction survey and analysis
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and customer support.
