In order to develop and grow TATA PRAVESH , candidate will be required to
- Gain in depth knowledge of the products unique offerings including the value propositions and cost benefit analysis.
- Map business potential for this product.
- Identify Potential Customers( current and future) and Influencers ( Architects, Project Design Team etc. ) required for Business Development and engage with them actively. This will also include participation in Seminars and Exhibitions.
- Develop sales leads , opportunities and orders by actively engaging with clients mentioned above.
- Project Sales experience - Project Discovery ,Key Account Management, Negotiations and Order Closure.
- Generate an Annual Business plan and ways to achieve it.
Qualifications/ Experience -
- Candidate must BE / MBA / Graduates or Diploma Holders from recognized Universities.
- Candidates must have minimum 3 years project sales and bus. dev experience in the Construction or related Industry.
Others - Candidates should
- have sound communication and influencing skills.
- Exhibit passion for the bus development of the product along with high result and achievement orientation.
- Knowledge of local language will be an added plus point.
