Key Responsibilities
Lead Development Team in Design, Delivery and Support of Intelligent Automation solutions
Design, develop, and configure complex RPA (UiPath/ PowerAutomate/ Python) integrated with AI / GenAI
Lead solution feasibility & design against business requirements, partnering with Process Analysts and Business Stakeholders as needed
Partner closely with AI Platform teams on technical feasibility assessments
Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities to identify root causes of issues and ensure quality and accuracy through testing and debugging of RPA, Python and MSFT Power Solutions
Analyze business requirements to develop functional and non-functional system requirements.
Follow code adherence practices, including proper commenting, design adherence, nomenclature, and security best practices.
Provide quick resolution for issues post-go-live and keep senior technical members updated on concerning issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with RPA & AI technology trends to contribute value to projects and maintain a positive attitude to support project requirements.
Perform Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis of proposed automated solutions.
Collaborate with operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout phases.
Address bugs during UAT and System Integration Testing (SIT).
Perform administrative tasks in Blue Prism/UiPath live environments, such as running processes, viewing logs, and maintaining resource PCs.
Possess a good understanding of .NET-based application architecture and development in C#, VBA, VB.NET.
Experience in SQL programming and relational databases is required.
Basic understanding of Web Service/API/JSON/XML to consume data within Bots.
Proficiency with UiPath and SQL.
Demonstrate a learning mindset with a willingness to earn certifications and stay updated with the latest technologies.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including clients, delivery teams, etc
Required Qualifications
bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development with hands-on experience in UiPath, Python and other automation tools
Experience leveraging and integrating with AI Solutions and Cognitive Capabilities ie OCR, IDP, Sentiment Analysis
Strong understanding of .NET-based application architecture and development in C#, VBA, VB.NET.
Experience in SQL programming and relational databases.
Basic understanding of Web Service/API/JSON/XML.
Certification in UiPath or relevant RPA technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide status reports, progress
Ability to ensure all customers are appropriately trained in the use of the systems supported
Expertise in developing and maintaining all controlled and system documentation for the supported software portfolio
Proven ability to resolve customer complaints and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Experience in monitoring and diagnosing technical issues with production applications
Desired Qualifications
Working experience integrating Business Process Management, Process and Task Mining Tools
Experience in CPG Industry considered an asset
Working experience integrating with Generative AI capabilities
