About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Electrical and Electronics to join our R&D team in the automotive sector. This role involves designing and developing advanced electrical and electronic systems for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems for automotive products, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Engineering Analysis: Conduct engineering analysis, simulations, and tests to validate designs and optimize performance.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems into vehicle platforms.
- Prototyping: Create prototypes and conduct feasibility studies to evaluate design concepts and performance.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications for design reviews and regulatory submissions.
- Innovation: Stay updated with technological advancements in electrical and electronic systems, and contribute to innovation and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or a related field.
- Experience: 10-20 years of experience in electrical and electronics design within the automotive industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture, embedded systems, and PCB design.
- Experience in conducting engineering analysis and simulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
