Sr Engineer Design ( Foams)

Position on Contract but May hire on company rolls depending on candidature

Experience : 5-8 Yrs ( Min 3 Yrs in Automotive Seating Design & Engineering)

Product design experience in automotive Foam Pads

Good understanding of foam pads A & B side Surfaces, trim tie downs , overbuilds, min radii etc

Good understanding of manufacturing process , tooling considerations & various types of test procedures etc

Experience in CAD Design of foam pads A & B sides using CatiaV5 or NX will be essential

Experience in seat complete is advantageous

Flexible to learn other seating commodities like plastics etc

Develop and lead a team of design engineers to achieve program deliverables
