We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with a proven track record in overseeing and managing finishing works in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret plans and specifications for finishing elements.- Manage and inspect all aspects of finishing works, including flooring, tiling, painting, drywall, ceilings, and MEP fixtures (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all finishing works meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets for finishing materials and labor.
Oversee subcontractors and resolve any issues related to finishing work.- Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of finishing works.
- Work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on finishing works.
In-depth knowledge of various finishing materials, their properties, and installation methods.- Strong understanding of construction codes and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar construction design software (a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
