Job Description:

Role: Senior Embedded C & RTOS Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Budget: Up to 18 LPA Max

We are currently seeking a Senior Embedded C & RTOS Manager for our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in embedded systems development with proficiency in Embedded C and RTOS. Additionally, experience in hardware products, product development, team management, and software development is required.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the development of embedded systems projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Utilize expertise in Embedded C and RTOS to contribute to the development of hardware products.

Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives from concept to production.

Facilitate the development and implementation of software solutions, actively participating in coding and debugging activities.

Ensure seamless code deployment and manage the code deployment process effectively.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in embedded systems technology.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in Embedded C and RTOS

Experience in hardware product development

Strong experience in product development lifecycle

1-2 years of experience in team management and people management

Good understanding of software development principles

Experience with code deployment processes

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Knowledge of software development tools and technologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and leadership abilities
