Design and create highly engaging and revenue-driving email campaigns for our different brands and segments.
Be responsible for all aspects of the email marketing process, including planning, briefing, amendments, testing, deployment, monitoring and tracking important business metrics.
Proactively finding implementing new opportunities to drive sales through the email other notification channels.
Manage translations/testing processes of email campaigns.
Proofread to ensure best content
Ensure emails adhere to applicable regulations and our email best practice regarding links, content, deliverability, device optimisation, etc
Define promotional calendar for global markets, with primary focus on US and UK ensuring alignment with teams and stakeholders.
Technical development of campaigns in all different lifecycles conversion, retention, and reactivation
Monitoring campaign roll-out and execution/performance. Responsible for customer retention and increasing Customer Lifetime Value through email marketing.
Well versed with Designing, Tracking and Analytics systems.
Strong sense of design to create and execute campaigns with minimal external help.
Closely monitor and report important business KPIs (opens, clicks, revenue etc)
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in an email marketing
Good experience using Mailchimp or similar CRM system.
