As PQS Sr Plant Design Engineer, you are continuously involved with multi-skilled knowledge, a great deal of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Domain expertise is required.
The job description is as below:
Preparation of PQS Plant Layout (Yard Arrangement Layout & Plan, Electrical HV / EHV Clearance Check)
Preparation of Civil Task (Civil input) Drawings (Foundation, Conduit, Trench, and other civil Requirements)
Preparation of PQS Control Building Layout (Electrical Cubicles, Thyristors, Pump skid Arrangement)
Preparation of Cable Trench & Conduit Layout, Grounding & Lightning Protection Calculations and Layouts
Preparation of Section Drawings / Erection Key Diagrams (Detailed Installation & Erection Drgs.,detailed Steel Drawings (For Manufacturing / Procurement & Installation)
Preparation of Installation Drawings (Grounding Connections & Electrical Connections)
Preparation of Busbar system data, Ampacity, cantilever & Magnetic Field Calculations : Civil Foundation Load Calculations (Load input to Civil Design) Steel Design Calculations (Member Size, Foundation Bolt) Heat & Ventilation Review of Equipment Drgs (Reactor, Capacitor, SA, LA, CT, PT, CB, Isolator, WB / Insulator, Cubicle, Cooling Skid etc.,) Review of Tender / Bidding Specification SVC / SC Plant Modelling in 3D Environment by Revit
