We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales through various online platforms, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through e-commerce channels.
Manage and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and advertising.
Work closely with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing product offerings based on customer feedback and market demand.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Continuously evaluate and improve the online shopping experience, including website navigation, checkout process, and customer feedback mechanisms.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in e-commerce sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace.
