Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also adept at managing day-to-day operations across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Content Management:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
  • Manage the content strategy for the company's website and other digital platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on the marketing budget, ensuring adherence and effective utilization of resources.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration:
  • Identify and manage digital marketing partnerships and vendors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
