Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also adept at managing day-to-day operations across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Content Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
- Manage the content strategy for the company's website and other digital platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on the marketing budget, ensuring adherence and effective utilization of resources.
- Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Identify and manage digital marketing partnerships and vendors.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
