Our B2C promotions aggregator Mobile App ClicFlyer has over a million active users in the GCC. We are looking for a Dynamic leader with experience in building a large App user base to spearhead ClicFlyer accelerated user acquisition plans in in our existing markets and new markets across the world.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and manage user acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet business goals.
- Responsibility for all our Digital platforms - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, product, design, and analytics, to optimize user acquisition campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to maximize our Advertising ROI.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, scaling a mobile application/business through aggressive Digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing the acquisition, engagement & retention teams including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and retain users.
- Thorough knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Detailed knowledge of ad serving tools across multiple platforms. Experience in setting up and optimizing Adwords campaigns
- Strong command of English and content writing skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
