You will be a key contributor in reaching our mission to be the most reliable and secure indirect tax platform in the world and provide exceptional service to our clients. You will part of a global team of engineers providing exceptional support to our customers, and implement initiatives that improve the reliability, performance, and security of our SaaS platform.
About The Role
In this opportunity, you will:

- Participate in on-call/shift rotations: When on-call, you are expected to drive the troubleshooting and mitigation activities while working on incident. Maintain end-to-end security ensuring that we meet best practices standards
- Be curious and innovative: Keep up-to-date with emerging cloud technology trends, especially around DevOps
- Learn and understand Indirect Tax products and their functionality.
- Provide product support for suite of application in Indirect Tax portfolio.
- Debug product issues and drive it until resolution.
- Coordinate and escalate to internal teams within defined timeline.
- Perform required application maintenance tasks.
- Perform production and non production releases actions.
- Deliver ad-hoc activities and execute assigned tasks.
- Drive improvement for product availability, stability and make improvements for continuous and proactive monitoring
- Create relevant documents and revise exiting documents as change flows.
- Seek out improvements for efficiency and reliability through effective use of automation
About You
You're a fit for the role if you:
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of AWS / Oracle cloud infrastructure. (required)
- Have good knowledge and understanding of Docker (In ECS / EKS). (required)
- Have basic knowledge and understanding of CICD (continuous Integration and continuous delivery) concepts. (required)
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of Linux / Windows operating system, Java based Application / JVM, Relational databases / SQL commands (required)
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of Datadog Monitoring / similar monitoring tools(required)
- Have basic knowledge of Python and/or, Bash (required)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code
- Able to troubleshoot complex integration within defined timelines. (required)
- More than 5 years of experience in handling production support for enterprise class application.
- More than 5 years of experience in deploying applications and infrastructure in CICD framework.
