Should have handled a team of 30 to 50 members for Core Banking Solutions domain in Java Technologies
The role will require the candidate to provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers within core banking delivery in running the delivery and operations and drive the architecture, build, testing, with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the Sr. leadership team and achieve operational parameters within core Banking Solution
Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different requirements ns to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the Horizontal.
Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight
Implement best practices in software development, agile methodologies t and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate
Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the Core Banking Delivery.
Qualification, Skills Experience:
Overall 15+ experience in the industry with a minimum 10years+ of experience in handling the development delivery of Core Banking Solution
Postgraduate from reputed Institutions like IIM s / IIT s / Tier 1 Management Technology Institutions from India or aboard with Computer Science specialization
Well-versed with quality management processes
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner
Hands on experience in in developing applications in Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices , Hibernate, Java /J2ee, Open-source technology.
