Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder)
- Support Pre-sales operations like demo, Roadshow and Site inspection.
- Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and HW.
- Maintaining requires site kit to reduce downtime of machine.
- Providing Key Operator Training to users.
- Taking Care of Service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the maximum output in most economical way and make sure the installation within the committed time frame.
- Service revenue growth via Volume growth initiative and inventory Management.
- Should be ready to work in 24x7 environment as per business needs.
- Should be ready to travel extensively to support customers.
- Active participation in Programs run by organization like SMT, Outward etc

Pay: 300,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year
