Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Executive (Male) to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our key customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in customer success management. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in a customer success management role
  • Strong understanding of the background verification industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Willing to work in night shift

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and build strong relationships with key customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our services.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and issues in a timely manner
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support for optimized use of our services.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling and expansion opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success management
