The Sr. Creative Director is part of the marketing team at Prime Video India. This role requires ownership of creative strategy, ideation and campaign execution for all content marketing campaigns at Prime Video India. The SCD must be an independent thinker with a proven ability of bar-raising advertising/marketing campaigns. They should be able to break down a show's creative vision into strategically nuanced marketing beats and ideas. They should be comfortable working with complex problem statements that require agile and bar-raising creative solutioning. The SCD should be extremely good at providing articulate and clear creative direction in ambiguity, have ability to distil stakeholder and customer feedback, and manage large scale marketing production.
Key job responsibilities
A Senior Creative Director leads with innovative creative direction with a constant ability to drive business goals. Key responsibilities include:
1. Drive creative strategy at scale for Local Originals and films
2.Have a sharp vision for ideas that will travel and build back to the brand and the title
3.Distil complex business problems into clear creative briefs across content, brand, and service verticals.
4. Own pixel-perfection across all aspects of static and AV asset creation
5. Identify and build a network of innovative creative agencies who are able to deliver at scale.
6. Creatively supervise end to end campaigns - from concept till execution
7. Is able to negotiate and defend their creative with conviction, and in face of alternate evidence, is able to pivot quickly.
8. Is great at building equations of trust with both internal and external stakeholders including show's creators, writers and talent.
9. Is able to juggle multiple problem statements at once and provide clear actionables to teams.
10. Is not limited to creative thinking and is comfortable thinking backwards of business impacts and goals.
A day in the life
A day in the life of a Sr. Creative Director starts with prioritising creative challenges across PV titles. Different shows are in different stages of production/campaign. Some need early ideation, some need a set visit, some are in the middle of execution (asset production) and some are launching that very week. The SCD is able to quickly assign his time across all and provide a creative direction to teams across all of these stages. Every day is highly dynamic, with inputs changing every minute of a live campaign and that requires the SCD to be flexible and highly creative each hour of the day. A typical day includes creative presentations, marketing shoots, stakeholder meetings, and if there is time, watching some great shows before the rest of the world!

The Creative Marketing Team at Prime Video India is a highly motivated team with a passion and unique skill of content marketing. It's a mix of Creative Directors, Art Directors and Creative Producers who have built careers on big idea thinking, scriptwriting, AV production & post-production, and creating award-winning campaigns. The team loves a creative challenge and comes together instantly at the sight of one.
- - The SCD must be a proven creative thinker with a wide portfolio of creative work exhibiting strong customer insights

- - Must have core copywriting and/or design skills
- - Must be proficient with communication in English
- 1. It's preferred if the candidate has led creative teams/agencies before and has strong portfolio to reflect individual impact within a collective effort.
