Job Overview -

An experienced content writer who is a creative problem solver and will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to research, design and develop content across multiple touchpoints. They need to ensure that all content produced by them is aligned to Hera's brand voice, resonates with our target audience, and drives engagement. They must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

Job responsibilities -

- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce relevant collaterals while aligning the same to the brand's voice and tone.

- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.

- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.

- Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, Ads, websites, social media, catalogues, etc.

- Coordinate with the graphic designing team to get the best of the creatives you develop together.

- Review and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.

- Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.

- Contributing to making the content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.

- Coordinating with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.

- Tweaking the content strategy as per the learnings arrived on for the previously published content.

- Staying to date with content trends, consumer preferences.
