Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
As a key member/extension of the GBS Creative & Translation Services Team, the Bilingual Sr. Content & Copywriter will be responsible for benchmarking, conceptualizing, writing, reviewing and editing written content for the Company.
The Bilingual Sr. Content & Copywriter will play a pivotal role in refining and executing Herbalife Nutrition's voice and tone to elevate the brand's reputation and credibility, build communication tools for our associates/distributors/members, engage key online stakeholders, grow and nurture the Company's online community and target new audiences to drive brand awareness, trial and sales.
This role will work collaboratively with multiple teams across the Company including corporate communications, marketing, sales, scientific and medical affairs, as well as sports performance to develop creative ideas and copy that meets specific business/marketing objectives and ensures alignment with corporate messaging and best communication practices
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Impact- Conceptualization, writing, reviewing and editing written content for the Company, including communication campaigns, flyers, banners, literatures, factsheets, FAQs,
- Product information guides, brand style guides, newsletters, scripts for short and long-format videos
- Responsible for creative conceptualization, copywriting, reviewing and editing social copy for multiple global social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest
- Scriptwriting for a wide variety of short and long-format videos, including social, internal communication and more
- Create and proof social copy based on creative, marketing, promotional or product briefs
- Develop copy that serves a variety of purposes promotional, sweepstakes/contest-specific, educational, scientific, entertaining, etc.
- Support the Global Social Media Team with the selection of visual assets to ensure that creative and copy are compelling and appropriate for each platform and audience
- Update and refresh corporate/brand information (about section, profile, bio, etc.) on social media pages, as needed
- Meet with executives, experts, employees or other stakeholders to gather background information, their perspectives and key messages that are then translated into social copy. Analytical skills.
- Research industry-related topics or trends to inform social copy
- Leverage analytics and insights from the communication campaigns, as well as from social listening, keyword research, platform analytics, market research and other data sources to optimize social copy for each platform and audience
- Schedule content as needed to assure launching days are meet accordingly
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related degree
EXPERIENCE:- 7+ years of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Social Media Copywriter or similar role.
- Previous experience working in a PR, marketing, digital/social media or other agency environment
- Hands-on experience using various social media platforms
- Experience with social media and digital copywriting for a global healthcare, health &wellness, nutrition, fitness, CPG, retail or other similar brand
- Experience on scriptwriting for short or long-format videos

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE (but not essential):- Knowledge managing Khoros or other programming platforms
