Procurement / Contracting Experience Required
The Sr. Contract Management (CM) Associate will be responsible for delivering defined savings goals and completing assigned projects according to stated timelines. The Sr. CM Associate will analyze spend categories, conduct sourcing projects, negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, and provide supporting documentation for savings projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop strategy, plans, and execute projects to deliver upon assigned savings targets.
- Responsible for contract execution and amendment activity including price schedule updates and other key exhibits.
- Perform spend analysis for assigned projects to identify and monitor trends and explore opportunities for savings.
- Drive spend to preferred suppliers and improve standardization of key goods and services.
- Lead sourcing projects, including requirements gathering, RFI/RFP, negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Effectively utilize sourcing and contract procurement tool sets including Quickbase database for managing project execution, Power BI and PeopleSoft modules for conducting spend analytics.
- Work closely, as a team member, with Corporate Procurement and key Stakeholders, on strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of assigned categories and technologies.
