About the Job

Position: Senior Solution Consultant (CAAS)

Location: Bangalore

Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing cleansed data to identify any quality gaps and make necessary updates to meet customer expectations according to the planned project delivery timeline. You will coordinate with production stakeholders, providing continuous feedback to improve the first-time data processing quality. Additionally, this role involves supporting the services team in creating and maintaining high-quality data for internal databases and collaborating with internal stakeholders. You will also provide support to the business for Master Data Management, ensuring data integrity and consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Cleansing & Enrichment:
  • Lead data cleansing and enrichment efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with client requirements.
  • Conduct web-based research on MRO spare parts to gather relevant details for data attributes.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Perform quality checks on cleansed and enriched data to meet client standards.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality standards throughout the process.
  • Client Requirement Management:
  • Understand client requirements and deliver solutions that meet project expectations.
  • Classify products according to client-specific schemas or standards like UNSPSC.
  • Training & Mentoring:
  • Mentor and train junior content analysts, ensuring they follow processes and produce high-quality results.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to improve team performance.
  • MDO (MDM Tool) Understanding:
  • Get trained and certified on Prospecta's MDO tools and apply that knowledge in day-to-day tasks.
  • Process Adherence & Delivery:
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with speed and accuracy while adhering to project timelines.
  • Maintain focus on the requirement for data quality and smooth delivery of projects.
  • Reporting & Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project deliverables.

Must have:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or engineering degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics. A master's degree (MBA) is preferred.

Professional Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in data cleansing and enrichment methodologies, with a solid understanding of quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders and influencing decisions.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent logical reasoning and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer requirements with precision and provide actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to understanding client needs, ensuring high-quality output through rigorous attention to data details and quality assurance processes.

Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Leadership & Team Mentorship: Leadership capability to motivate, guide, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality results on time. Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Systems Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems, with the ability to work seamlessly within these platforms to manage and maintain data integrity.

Master Data Management (MDM) Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, procedures, and best practices, ensuring efficient handling and processing of data.

Global Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate across time zones, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to supporting global projects and clients.
