You'll make a difference by:

.Working closely with the Service Delivery Managers of Hire-to-Retire and its enabling functions such as Delivery Management (DM), Operational Quality Control (OQC), Data Privacy and RIC

.Facilitate deployment of quality framework, data privacy and risk & internal control systems

.Drive continuous improvement in processes across H2R

.Analyze, interpret and present data in a meaningful and concise manner

.Mentor and upskill Delivery Excellence team
