Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council (LSSSDC) is a Sector Skill Council approved and recognized by the National Council of Vocational Education and Training (NCVET). The council works under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) to drive skill development initiatives in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices and Research & Development Services sectors. LSSSDC aims to create a robust eco-system for quality education and skill development in the Life Sciences space in India, with a target of skilling approximately 3.5 million workers in the industry by 2047.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Consultant - Medical Device Education located in New Delhi. The Sr. Consultant will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to medical device education, including curriculum development, training program design, and content creation. The Sr. Consultant will also collaborate with industry stakeholders and academic experts from Higher Education Ecosystem in India to ensure the delivery of high-quality Higher Education programs as per futuristic needs of Medical Device Sector in India and meet the Human Resource Development goals of DoP's Project Management Agency at Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and min 8 yrs experience in the medical device industry
• Expertise in training program design
• Experience in Medical Device/ IVD manufacturing / Quality/ R&D
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• M.Tech./ M. Pharma/ MBBS is min. education required
