This role is not just about strategy; it's about being a hardcore hunter in the business world. You will be engaging in aggressive lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging email marketing and LinkedIn outreach to connect with top-tier professionals in the US and Canada markets.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Dynamic Sales and Strategy Execution:
- Drive sales for Compunnel's Microsoft Services with a hunter's zeal.
- Proactively engage in cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies. 2. Targeted Market Penetration:
- Focus on US and Canada markets, aiming at companies with $50M - $5Billion revenue.
- Establish connections with CXOs, VPs, and Director-level Senior IT Leadership. 3. Lead Generation and Client Engagement:
- Master the art of lead generation through innovative and direct approaches.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through personalized solutions. 4. Collaborative Team Leadership:
- Mentor and inspire a team of professionals in aggressive sales tactics.
- Encourage a culture of resilience, continuous learning, and adaptation. 5. Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends and competitive landscapes.
- Translate market insights into actionable, winning strategies. 6. Thought Leadership:
- Be a thought leader in digital transformation and AI, with a special focus on Microsoft Services. Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a high-energy, relentless sales professional.
- Expertise in cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong experience in selling Microsoft Services and digital solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field. Masters or MBA preferred.
