The Sr. Client Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by managing their accounts and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in client management. The position is full-time and located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in client management
- Must have experience in upselling and cross-selling.
- Must have experience in revenue maintaining.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be proficient in Hindi.
- Males preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Develop a deep understanding of clients needs, goals, and challenges
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to increase their usage of our services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on client performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shift
