- Drive Source to Pay Process Improvements leveraging Lean approach
- Lead best practices for process implementation that aim to improve efficiency in the Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Functions
- Drive Adherence to Standards by managing large global cross-functional programs
- Responsible to design and maintain Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain process efficiency
- Responsible to measure and coordinate actions to ensure process adherence
- Governance of Continuous Improvements
- Drive supplier digital collaboration adoption and efficiency. Support the integration of suppliers to SCC via the Ariba Network
- Drive process Change Management
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsive to drive Supplier Enablement program to bring suppliers into Ariba Network
- Support and improve the end-to-end source-to-pay process using Ariba and SAP systems
- Liaison between Supply Chain Operational Functions, Process Owners, Suppliers, Global Systems, and Leadership Stakeholders to drive process transformations
- Support global stakeholders to resolve process issues associated with the transition to the Ariba Network. Requires hands-on testing and support troubleshooting issues
- Create and maintain a Process Framework and ensure its adoption by monitoring Supplier and Operations Performance
- Prepare and deliver training to internal stakeholders and suppliers and drive actions to ensure change management is completed
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Direct and Indirect source to pay processes in a manufacturing company
- Strong experience with MS Office and advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities
- Strong experience with SAP Material Management (Source and Procurement), Ariba Procure to Order, Ariba Network and Supply Chain Collaboration
- Hands-on experience enabling suppliers to the Ariba Network
- Project Management and change management skills: have at least 2 years experience working with some project management model like PMI, Scrum, etc
- Strong Source to Pay process experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on systems & process scalability
- Has strong presentation and training skills
- Has experience in project leadership, knowledge and application, best practices, and troubleshooting methods
- Understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to the supply chain
- Able to influence process change via interpersonal skills
- Communicates and influences in a group setting across all levels
- Plans and implements projects, using project management best practices
- Evaluates deliverables in terms of impact on customer experience
- Determines needs for and organizes training activities around new processes
Education/Experience
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Advanced Tableau skills are highly preferred
- APICS Certification highly preferred
- SAP or S/4 Hana Certification in procurement is highly preferred
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelors degree or a masters degree
