Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (Govt Business) to join our team and lead our efforts in developing and expanding our business within the government sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government procurement and contracting processes, as well as proven experience in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the government sector, including national , state, and local agencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for government business objectives.
Keep up-to-date with government regulations and policies that may impact the business and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote our services to potential clients.
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Business Administration (marketing, or a related field.) with reputed college.
4+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
Understanding of government procurement and contracting processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed.
