HYT Engineering Company Private Limited is a technology-driven organization based in Pune that specializes in manufacturing various machines such as CNC lathe machines, automated train washing plants, and rail cum road vehicles, to name a few. HYT is known for turning around 95% of Indian Railways rolling stock on their machines. The organization has a team of 700 skilled and semi-skilled manpower and 150 staff members who work towards fulfilling customer requirements. They have an ultra-modern facility of 16000 square meters where machines are designed, manufactured, and tested. HYT believes in providing turnkey solutions from design, manufacturing to after-sales maintenance.
Role Description
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Responsible to achieve sales targets.
- Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Responsibility for leading and managing all multi products line sales
- Coordinate with design, Production, Marketing and other department for better execution
- Efficient in making weekly MIS, forecast sales targets, Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be MBA in Marketing with BE/ B-tech (Mechanical) will be preferable.
- Should have 5-7 years of experience of sales of machine tools and special -purpose machines.
- Base Location: Pune
- Should be ready for Travel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Experience in setting and achieving sales goals.
- Experience of preparing submissions required for tenders and participating in tenders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and skills required for digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
