What You'll Do
- Create Growth Strategies: Design and implement strategies to help our company grow and attract new clients.
- Find New Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends in the education sector.
- Build Relationships: Reach out to and build strong relationships with educational institutions and partners to expand our client base.
- Drive Sales: Lead the sales process from start to finish, including pitching our products, negotiating deals, and closing contracts.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure we meet client needs and deliver excellent service.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine our strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Support Clients: Ensure our clients are satisfied with our products and services, and address any issues they may have.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: You should have experience in business development or sales, ideally in the EdTech industry.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Education Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills:

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
