Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Create Growth Strategies: Design and implement strategies to help our company grow and attract new clients.
  • Find New Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends in the education sector.
  • Build Relationships: Reach out to and build strong relationships with educational institutions and partners to expand our client base.
  • Drive Sales: Lead the sales process from start to finish, including pitching our products, negotiating deals, and closing contracts.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure we meet client needs and deliver excellent service.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine our strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Support Clients: Ensure our clients are satisfied with our products and services, and address any issues they may have.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: You should have experience in business development or sales, ideally in the EdTech industry.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Education Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of the EdTech market and trends.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a knack for engaging high-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker who can analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Personal Qualities: We're looking for someone who is motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
