The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for driving software sales within the healthcare industry, focusing on both domestic and international markets. This role involves generating new leads, managing existing customer relationships, and conducting product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will also assist with marketing initiatives and provide strategic feedback to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales from existing customers while actively developing new leads, clients, and customers.
  • Conduct software product demonstrations based on client requirements, either onsite or remotely.
  • Prospect for potential new clients through comprehensive market research and convert these opportunities into increased business.
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company to represent the brand and expand the business network.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to assist in marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and direct advertising efforts.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding the visibility and performance of software products in the market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with collaborators and dealers in the market to drive business development opportunities.
  • Create proposals with relevant information and accurate quotes for target clients.
  • Attend client meetings at their locations (with technical manager assistance when required) to support sales efforts and maintain client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of software sales experience in international and domestic markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse clientele and presenting software features effectively.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle (sales funnel) from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Experience in the IT software sales (Healthcare) industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the sales process for complex software products and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
