Techno functional role
3-4 Years of experience in any of the following Application CRMNEXT, Salesforce, Microsoft
Dynamics, or any other Standard CRM or Lead Management Systems.
Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field
Strong communication skills and ability to work across various business units to scope and
understand their needs.
Prior Experience of CRM Implementation & Support (CRMNEXT , Dynamics or Salesforce)
Proven experience of CRM On-Premise Implementation for large organizations.
Strong understanding of SOAP and Rest based API integration methodologies and hands-on
experience
Exposure to Integration of CRM tools with third party and in-house applications

Prior experience in implementation/rollout of CRM Modules / Preparation of solution Design -
Development - Test - Rollout - Post Production Support.
Impact Assessment of functional requirements through collaboration with cross functional teams.
Experience in managing the Integration and troubleshooting of CRM integrations with Core
Applications, CTI, Mobile, WhatsApp & Social Media or any other system
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement and be
able to come up with requirement matrix.
Performing requirement analysis and documenting and communicating the result of efforts.
Good understanding of the Banking integration application landscape.
Good understanding of agile methodology and should be able to create comprehensive user stories
and define acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the technology team, testing team and vendor partners on functional as well as
non-functional requirements.
Should have a fair understanding on Gold Loan origination, loan management and collections as well
as Insurance
Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions & review meetings with Business SMEs, Product Owners &
end users & recommend solutions based on CRM best practices in line with product offerings.
Work closely with business leadership to respond to and proactively identify, challenges that can be
solved with system / process improvements.
Work closely with Product, Development and Functional Teams in determining the technical
feasibility of the proposed requirements.
Develop Process flows, Wireframes, Swim lanes & functional specifications
Working closely and collaboratively with Business Users to devise effective solution.
Exceptional Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft excel.
Preparing Business System Design Documents.
