Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in personal loans and digital finance. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the development of innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital lending space.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.

Perform data analysis to inform business decisions and strategy.

Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and ensure successful execution.

Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.

Provide ongoing support and training to team members and stakeholders on new processes and tools.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or NBFC sector.

Strong understanding of personal loans, EMI loans, and digital finance products.

Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, including:

Excel (advanced functions)

SQL (data querying)

Tableau / Power BI (data visualization)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as:

Jira / Trello (project tracking)

Asana / Monday.com (collaboration)

Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements gathering tools (e.g., Miro, Google Forms).
