Position Overview
As a Sr. Business Analyst at Upaj, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data-driven insights, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of our organization . In this role, you will be responsible for
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your strong analytical skills to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in existing processes.
- Propose and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall optimization of workflows.
- Business Problem Solving: Apply your data-driven approach to address business problems by framing clear problem statements, conducting root cause analysis, and providing well-reasoned recommendations.
- Operations Management: Demonstrate your inclination towards operations management by actively participating in process design, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to established operational standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including management, department heads, and IT teams, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective solutions.
- Data Visualization: Create informative and visually engaging dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Manage and execute projects related to process improvement, data analysis, and operational enhancement from inception to completion. This involves planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a data-intensive environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and provide data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to various audiences.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of operations management and process improvement
