The Branch Manager will be in charge of daily branch operations, managing personnel, and driving business goals within the staffing and skill development field. This role requires a strategic leader committed to growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Qual: Any Graduate
Salary: 35K - 50K
Experience: At least 5 years in a managerial position within Staffing/ Skill Development, or PF and ESIC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations: Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service in day-to-day branch activities.
• Team Management: Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff to cultivate a collaborative and result-driven environment.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering customized staffing solutions that align with their business needs.
• Business Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, actively seeking new clients to expand the business footprint and boost revenue.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor branch targets, analyzing performance and implementing corrective actions to meet goals.
• Reporting: Provide senior management with regular updates on branch activities, including sales performance and client satisfaction.
