Positions: Open for multiple

Bench Sales Recruiter(s): 2 to 5 years of experience (Onsite only)

OPT Recruiter(s): 2 to5 years of experience (Onsite only)

US IT Technical Recruiter(s): 2 to 5 years of experience (Onsite only)

Roles & Responsibilities

Excellent English speaking skills are needed

Qualified candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Sharing your LinkedIn profile is mandatory

Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp-2-Corp & 1099 etc.

Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, & s.

Must understand US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.

Self-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.

The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Clients.

Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.

Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects promptly.

Should possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, Client Hiring manager contacts

Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovative search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.

Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates.

Must be a good team player and result-driven.

Mandatory Fluent English communication skills

Salary: Admirable salary based on your Previous CTC & Very best incentives

Timings : 6.30pm-3.30 am [Night Shift EST Time zone ]
