Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various IT contract positions. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the IT industry.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates for IT contract positions, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and skills
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and building relationships with potential candidates
- Negotiate and close offers with candidates, ensuring both the candidate and the client are satisfied
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively assess candidate skills and fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client documentation in the recruitment database
