Role: Senior Audit Data Analyst
Mission: Enhance and protect Colgate-Palmolive's values by providing risk-based, objective assurance, advice, and insights to management. Ensure enterprise-level risks are identified and managed effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in audits and projects, with up to 15%-30% international travel.
- Implement advanced technology and practices in the audit analytics function.
- Design and implement the audit analytics tests and data visualization efforts.
- Collaborate with audit and cross-functional teams to develop analytics tests.
- Work with large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Apply sophisticated statistical techniques and tools.
- Present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support audits in risk assessment and effectiveness testing.
- Solve problems using analytical thinking and root cause analysis.
- Stay updated on business trends and new data analytics technologies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; Master's in Analytics/Data Science preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Ethical conduct, integrity, and objectivity.
- Proficiency in data mining and programming languages (Python, SQL).
- Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI etc.).
- Understanding of advanced statistical techniques and concepts.
- Preferred experience in Information Systems Auditing, Controls Testing, or Statistical Analysis/Modeling.
- Knowledge of SAP and Google products (Big Query, Colab) preferred.
- Experience in operational, financial, or compliance auditing in a multinational manufacturing company preferred.
