The Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. With 4-6 years of experience, the candidate will develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions.
- Use various sourcing methods to attract candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Interview Coordination and Execution:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Participate in interview panels and provide feedback.
- Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Engage with passive candidates and maintain records in ATS.
- Employer Branding and Networking:
- Develop Branding Strategies to promote company brand and culture to attract candidates.
- Attend job fairs and networking events.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and report recruitment metrics.
- Analyze data for process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in formulating Hiring Strategies.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employment laws.
- Proficient with ATS and HR databases.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
