Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Tier 1/2 Application Support Specialist with a focus on ServiceNow. This role requires an individual who is competent in handling basic troubleshooting of the scoped ServiceNow application and its associated modules. The ideal candidate will have the capabilities to successfully troubleshoot and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for ServiceNow application and its associated modules. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve defects in the ServiceNow application and modules. Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform to effectively troubleshoot issues and manage anomalies. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation about the reported issues and the steps taken to resolve them. Prioritize and manage several open cases at one time and follow up on the status of unresolved issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or with ServiceNow platform. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies, ITSM concepts, and enterprise IT architecture. Certification in ServiceNow Administration or similar would be advantageous. Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity.
